Random Shot#10

This hard working little Pete shows definite signs of wear and tear-and no wonder. It makes daily runs between Arichat, on Ile Madame, and Halifax with fish. It supplies many of the local restaurants and makes this run year round. It is at least a 4 hour if not a 5 hour run, and the truck is usually in Halifax early in the morning. It returns to Arichat after deliveries have been made and loads up for the next day. No surprise that it has a sleeper.
Sleepers on straight trucks used in the fish trade were common over the years, and someday I'll trot out my collection of those.
J.F. Samson Fisheries of Arichat supplies the fish, Green Island Distributors markets the fish and Premium trucking runs the truck.
