Don't get around much anymore

Winter conditions have restricted Truckfax's movements of late. However the winter conditions don't seem to bothering others too much, particularly those intrepid European RVers.


Perhaps it is a sign of spring (despite last night's heavy wet snow, and more tonight) that the first wave of foreign RVs have begun to arrive.


This Toyota Land Cruiser still has some yellow shipping stickers, signifying an arrival in the past few days.

Also not intimidated by the snow and slush, this couple decided not to hire a truck for a furniture move.

Small size expedition camper

After the big Mercedes from Germany I saw last week (and is still here today - see Update) this small Toyota Land Cruiser/pick-up camper was quite a contrast.

Built very much in the same style, and almost the same colour, it is a miniature version. While the big Merc had "ALEMANIA" (Germany) on the front, this one has "HOLLAND" painted on the light bar over the windshield. It is also carrying a Netherlands license plate on the front bumper.
