Another candid camera shot. This Volvo from Casey Concrete in Truro had just pulled up at the corner of Duffus and Barrington with a load of concrete pavers. The driver was just about to get out, but when he saw my camera he ducked for cover back in the cab. Sorry friend-no harm meant!
It's more than unusual to see a straight truck with dolly and semi trailer, although perfectly legal on Nova Scotia roads.
The straight truck is fitted with a sizable knuckle boom crane which can reach both flatbeds from one position.
