This same truck featured in a Random Shot#18 on April 22, but there is no harm in showing it again.
5 pm rush hour traffic on Lower Water Street was a little slower than usual today as Mills Heavy Hauling's Western Star # T37 made its way northbound with this excavator.
Can you count the number of container trucks stacked up behind? (I get seven.)
The Pace Car was needed due to the extra width of the excavator, but there was little southbound traffic, so the Star could take the centre of the road to get around a few parked cars.
The excavator is owned by Murray Demolition of Toronto and was working on the Power Corporation's office building at the top of the hill in the backgund.
